Rob Ramage

In his corporate president and other senior executive roles, Rob needed to demonstrate high business acumen in many different situations and he combines this deep experience with years of tested judgement to his role as arbitrator. His background is anchored in strong listening and credibility evaluation, assessing information objectively to gain insight and recognize patterns across complex situations while hearing and understanding the representations of people with various interests and beliefs. Rob’s practical experience in seeking the facts required for any decision at hand supports his quick understanding of the circumstances and the positions in which people find themselves, often during times of heightened stress and pressure. His decades of leadership has exposed him to start-ups and their dynamics, commercial relationships & contracts, international business, workplace quality and labour/management relations. Rob is a Qualified Arbitrator under the designation of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIO) and Canada (ADRIC).
