Crista is an engaged community leader with a unique blend of corporate, academic and not-for-profit experience interested in collaborative and sustainable approaches to transformational change. She brings her years of experience in conflict management to assess conditions within organizations, offer ways forward and provide coaching to allow people and their diverse interests to be served. Crista creates her solutions on the foundation of her academic credentials as a Master of Peace & Conflict Studies (MPACS) and Bachelor of Justice Studies (BAJus) combined with her significant business background to form well-established and real-world answers to the challenges of groups, companies, and institutions. Crista has worked to create sustainable change and growth at the Innovation Learning Lab at the Ivey Business School of the University of Western Ontario, the University of Waterloo’s Velocity incubator, and has taught entrepreneurship, sustainability and social media at Conestoga College.
